I've overhauled what used to be the 'PvP' Kill Feed to be more broad in scope.

This includes:

• Available in more circumstances
• Font size config
• Downwards Growth rather than Upwards (Most recent kill at the top)
• Inactivity Fade Out (After
• Show Casted Spell + Damage

I'll do some testing of this properly tomorrow but for now this has been pushed onto the feature/big-overhaul branch.

I'll flip onto the feature branch and do some testing also

@sphvn Had a logic error that was causing this to not actually load in BG's. Fixed now on feature branch.

Done plenty of testing on this and everything seems stable and working as intended.
