Seems the Micro Menu still has a couple edge cases that occurred whilst testing yesterday. The first was after killing Kil'Jaedan on an alt which triggered the FMV Cutscene. After this ended the micro menu had appeared. I assumed this would be covered by CINEMATIC_STOP but apparently not.

The other was whilst questing on my main and exiting a vehicle. I thought i'd got this covered but apparently not.

Still attempting to find a way to easily reproduce these scenarios.

Edit: Fall of the Lich King cinematic in WotLK Dalaran easily triggers the first edge case. But still unable to stop it for the moment.

First edge case fixed by 393f307 but still trying to reproduce the second.

This is brute force as hell but should probably fix the issue: 7cfe473
