Creates a cast bar. Randomly starts casting with 1 second cast time. An addon message with the prefix "Interrupt4Lolz" will serve as an interrupt. To play this minigame, put the following in a macro and keybind it as your interrupt ability. /run SendAddonMessage("Interrupt4Lolz","Interrupt4Lolz","WHISPER",GetUnitName("player"))
