Inven Raid Frame3 for World of Warcraft Classic - TBC and Wrath of the Lich King.

This is fanfix by personal enhancement and fixes.

Support Korean and English client version(English version can be downloaded from beta fild will be provided by single version after stabilization).

Korean only version is updaed as released while Korean+Eng is beta tag, but same code level.

Currently works for Wow Classic version.

Various feature added/modified from the last fan fix.
