wow addon for "anonymously" sending sounds to other players or groups of players

provides a slash command line function rendering a sound explorer UI
UI allows users to select sounds and play them to other users using familiar shared channels such as guild or whisper.
Audience of sound "requests" which will cause the specified sound to be played the target audience(s) client but not write any messages to the chat.

Uses the settings of your Master channel, if sounds are too loud or quiet, consider rebalancing your sound levels

*only works for users with the addon installed* (you can't just make random players hear sounds unless they are consenting!)
