Update of kAutoOpen for Dragonflight, the original was working until the Dragonflight pre-patch changes, so I just got it working again ... at least for the moment, no guarantee it will hold up to future patches.
This addon saves you a bit of time by attempting to open a container item you've picked up like the Anniversary Gift, rather than you having to search through your bags to do so. If for some reason, you don't want an item opened, change its value to false in the LUA file.
I'll update this once per patch or something (if it doesn't die), if you want the most up-to-date version of my LUA files before I update them here, they'll be in my OneDrive, linked in the comments.
Notes:
+ Put files in 'C:\WoW\_retail_\Interface\Addons\kAutoOpen\'.
- 'C:\WoW\' is my Install Directory, yours is probably different.
+ My edit shows up as '!AutoOpen 10.0.2' in the Addon List.
- 'AutoOpening [Box Name] ' is displayed when looting.
Thanks to gerrit_alex for his fixes on AutoVendor, which made it possible for me to fix this, and also thanks to the whole addon community in general as there are some great addons out there that take a lot of time and patience to create and keep up-to-date.
