Currently when requesting new keystone data, the local data is cleared so it can be repopulated as new messages come in, which means a user checking the keystone list in that window will see partial (or no) data. Need to come up with a TTL system to flush stale data without needing to ever wipe the keystone list

I'm going to stop assigning this to a milestone until I actually do it 🙁
