Resources of party/raid members that joined after you are not displayed until reload

Easiest steps to reproduce:
- Invite someone with mana to your party.
- Their mana is not shown on raid frames as seen on this screenshot
- Reload the game (/reload)
- Mana is shown now as seen on this screenshot
Desired behavior: resources are always shown without reload.
Additional notes: no other addons for raid frames are installed; the issue was reproduced on 2 different machines using different wow accounts. The same thing happens in raids for any person that joined the raid group after you.
