KuiNameplates Elite

Simple plugin for KuiNameplates that changes the "+" in elite mobs to "Elite" making it easy to see.

It changes:

• "+" to "Elite"
• "r" to "Rare"
• "r+" to "Rare Elite"
• Adds "Player" to players
