Describe the bug
When using dropdown menu to swap between Truncate and non-Truncate mode, the board stops responding to the mouse scroll until closed and re-opened. Only happens on the cataclysm client

To Reproduce

1. Open addon
2. Let board fill with some entries
3. Right click any entry, and select "Dont Truncate Message" option
4. Try to scroll the bulletin board

Additional context
As mentioned only happening on the cata client for some reason.

I think the issue may stem from the overlapping scroll frames and the changes to how the request frames are laid out in RequestList.lua vs LfgToolList.lua
