Very early alpha stage!
What LFGFilter does:
* Scan public chats you joined for key words like "lfm" or "lfg", roles and especially dungeon names and abbreviations.
* Then do nothing about it (cool, eh?) OR remove those lines from your chat frames OR mark them with a special colorized tag in brackets
* It can recognize localized dungeon abbreviations also (translators needed for all languages but english and german)
What LFGFilter should do when it is complete:
* Configure it via ui frames, not only by editing the code
* Exchange data with other users using this addon so you will be informed about lfg/lfm in other /1 channels as well (or trade chat when you're not in a capital)
* Provide a special information window where you can list all found lfm/lfg chat lines from the last 5 minutes (configurable), being able to filter for all dungeons OR dungeons for your level OR dungeons you manually select (configurable)
* listen to the network channel of the ClassicLFG addon so you get the information from those users, too
* remove lfg/lfm entries manually from your view (eg. it doesn't suit your demands - you're a dps and the sender searches only a tank) -- with the possibilty to bring those back into view again
* start a whisper to the sender of the chat line by just clicking on hers/his entry
What LFGFilter doesn't do and never will:
* Imitate Dungeon Browser or the functionality the ClassicLFG addon wants to provide, ie. announcing own groups, managing group building with auto join and so on
LFGFilter doesn't want to be a Dungeon Tool like the retail one, just for classic. It only wants to get a hand on your LFG and trade channels to get it more clean and more straightforward, so you won't miss any interesting LFG/LFM announcement any more.
