Since the latest The War Within Patch, there is an error which somehow makes the Interface option to lock your cursor to your wow-screen not working properly if you play in Borderless Mode.
This addon here fixes it for you automatically as soon as you login.
No further settings needed. Just install the addon. login. and you will see a short notification message in your Chat if the Addon is enabled.
