LootLogger

Description

LootLogger is a powerful and user-friendly World of Warcraft addon designed to help raid leaders and guild officers keep track of loot distribution. It automatically logs need roll winners, recording the item, the boss it dropped from, and the timestamp. With an easy-to-use interface and exportable data, LootLogger makes loot management and record-keeping a breeze.

Instructions

Basic Usage

  1. The addon will automatically start logging loot when you're in a raid and items are distributed via need rolls.
  2. Click the minimap icon or type /lootlog to open the main LootLogger window.
  3. In the main window, you can view all logged loot, sorted by various criteria.

Viewing and Managing Loot

  • Left-click on a column header to sort the loot list by that column.
  • Right-click on a loot entry to open a context menu with options to trade the item, delete the entry, or "bark" the information to various chat channels.

Exporting Data

  1. Click the "Export" button in the main LootLogger window.
  2. In the export window, you can copy all the logged loot data to your clipboard.
  3. Paste this data into a spreadsheet or text document for further analysis or record-keeping.

Trading Items

  1. Right-click on a loot entry and select "Trade Item".
  2. In the trade window, select the new owner of the item from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click "Confirm Trade" to update the loot log.

Minimap Icon

  • Left-click the minimap icon to open the main LootLogger window. (or type /lootlog)

Resetting Data

  • Use the "Reset" button in the main window to clear all logged data. Be careful, as this action cannot be undone!
