Problem for some users of Questie 6.9.0

Describe the bug
I do not believe this is a bug in LootReserve, this issue is more of an FYI.
Some of our users reported a new error since we revamped our event code in Questie 6.9.0. After some back and forth it seems that disabling LootReserve resolves the problem for most users, but it also seems to be triggered by some other addons and also very rarely happens with only Questie enabled.
We currently recommend users either downgrade to Questie 6.8.7 or temporarily disable LootReserve if they have it.
Initial investigations suggested that item caching by LootReserve might delay API replies, but we have no solid leads on the exact cause yet. Zoning and interacting with the bank or mail-box seem to trigger it for some users.
To be clear we believe this to be a bug on our end, but it triggers way more often for some users of LootReserve. I tried running with just LootReserve and Questie and had no reproduction at all.
