currency toast also broken

That's weird. In which scenarios are they broken?
Personally, I haven't noticed any issues w/ them. I get toasts for titan residuum, resources, etc.

currency toast doesn't work when I first login game, I have to disable and reenable it in the config panel, then it works fine, but when I reloadui, currency toast gone again, have to disable and reenable it again 😩

tried remove ls_Toasts SavedVariables file and reinstall it, no lucky
By any chance, do you use any addon that changes chat messages like "You receive currency: blabla" into something else? If you aren't sure, try doing /dump CURRENCY_GAINED_MULTIPLE and /dump CURRENCY_GAINED right after you log in and then post results here.
That'd explain this weird behaviour.
Try this build out. I made some changes to how and when patterns are created. However, this won't help you if you use macros that modify aforementioned global strings, this may only help against addons :D
