Action Bar button flickers when using BT4 and a macro on non-use trinket

Running Bartender 4 and Mega Macro.
Having a /use 13 macro (use your first trinket) while having a proc trinket (not on-use) equipped.

Button flickers between can-use and can't-use visuals.
