• Minify macro code and then copy the macros back to the macro store after deleting the stub macros
• Message user with a list of failed macro syncs (due to macros that are too long). Also point out that other class, specialization and characters' macros will not be restored
• Disable the deactivate button
• Update macro engine to disabled so that syncing and icon/spell updating do not occur

The scope of this issue has changed: instead of a complex ui-driven uninstall process that will not fully restore the user's state, instead, making it so that the backup and restore scripts are in the addon folder so users can run backup before installing the addon and run restore when they are removing the addon.
