Allow ordinary macros to be copied to mega macros by dragging them onto the mega macro ui, either on a tab or a slot.
This will not change the old macro or references to it.
This is useful for when imports cannot be automatically performed since there are too many Global or Character specific macros.

Automatically close old macro UI and re-initialize once automatic import can be done.
