A super simple and super lightweight addon that allows moving the default FPS counter while also remembering whether you last left it on or off (the latter is optional).
To move:
/movefps <x> <y>
To remember or not the last on/off state between sessions:
/movefps <yes|no>
Examples:
/movefps -25.6 211
