When placing the Target Buffs/Target Debuffs anchor underneath the Target Frame, if the Target were to gain enough Buffs/Debuffs the frame grows a row above the anchor point.
This places icons overlapping into the Mana and Health Bar areas.

I'd like the ability to tell these 2 frames (target buffs & debuffs) to grow down/reverse order, as it works normally in the default ui.

i added a little functions for that, is it like you wanted?
