[ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED] AddOn 'MoveAny' tried to call the protected function 'TargetFrame:originalHide()'.

Issue. sometimes i got no targetframe during a fight.. and cant fix until leave combat, reload ui.
in moveany i didnt touch targetframe, thats the weird part.. i only moved the listed ones.. mainly use it to move extra actionbar.. i think this happend in a version ones at cata launch too but i dont recall for sure. just figured was worth reporting the bug message i got to see if was anything on this addons end as it was the only one spesificly mentioned :)
if not mentioned.. it dont stay hidden when i leave combat, tho seems to happen again next time i enter combat UNLESS i reload ui between.
i have not had it enabled, but seemed to work without issue when enabled it. tho unsure how to trigger the weird issue where it becomes hidden.
actually managed get prat of all things to cause same issue now.. so recon its unrelated to your addon, weirdness continues :P

targetframe castbar?
targetframe buffs/debuffs?
"leatrix plus to move the targetframe", why?
Targetframe, buff/debuffs frame changed in leatrix plus => buff / debuffs on top right or from targetframe?
but you have also targetframe be moved by moveany? so 2 addons for 1 element?
last time it happend i was mid raid tho it also has happend in open world.
thats the extra weird part.. i use leatrix plus to move the targetframe.
