Cannot create more than 19 profiles?

I currently have 19 profiles/layouts, not counting "Before Last Import". Not sure if I have reached the limit or if I am encountering a bug, but I can no longer create new profiles.
If this is a bug, please consider this a bug report.
if this is the limit, please consider expanding the limit. With the game adding more and more classes and specializations, folks who play multiple class/spec can easily reach 19 profiles.
If expanding limit is not possible, a potential alternate solution is provide Profile support like many addons do. That way we only need to load the profile that's relevant to the current class. This is, actually, a better solution than just expanding the limit .
No error. Just that clicking on "Accept" in the new layout dialog (after entering name) is not doing anything. Only Cancel is responsive.

Not relevant to limit, but the popup box issues. Gonna be fixed by: #89
