I had this issue after 11.1 it seems for some reason on target dummy enemies in the open world the addon works but its missing alot of instances of damage so its showing only specific hits and then inside any kind of Instances (dungeon raid delve etc) it just flat out stops working

There's no difference between dungeons or dummies with how this addon works. Please install BugSack and BugGrabber to see if there's errors, if there are not it's most likely a configuration issue.
