It is from warrior discord tank channel. I think there is no covenient tool atm in classic or maybe even in retail for monitoring aggro on multiple large mobs. Because monitoring through color changing plates becoming unavailable or very uncomfortable. Is there any way it could be improved in neatplates? I thought about double plates on certain big mobs that on the list, something like that:

Or not double, maybe just reposition plates but only on big ones?

If we're talking about the unit/mob being so big that the nameplate doesn't show on the screen. Then this isn't something that is really possible, because there is no way to "target" it and get information about it. With your current target being an exception to this rule, as is what is done with the Emulated target nameplate option.

Theoretically, it would be possible to get the target of each raid/party member and use that to display a "nameplate" with threat information. However that is a bit outside the scope of a nameplate addon in my opinion.

I also feel that having extra nameplates show up for when nameplates are high up, is also a bit outside the scope of a nameplate addon.

But a potential solution to your problem would be to look into nameplate insets, if you haven't already, as they set how far up on the screen a nameplate is allowed to go.

However, I don't believe "large" is available in classic.
