Describe the bug
I want enemy nameplates to be always on even out of combat but everytime i get out of combat the enemy nameplates are disabled in the blizzard interface options and I have to activate them again with alt+v or in the interface panel.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Activate enemy units nameplates in blizzard interface panel
get in combat
enemy units nameplates are not ticked anymore

Expected behavior
Something forces the nameplates to be disactivated following each fight.
