Could you give me an example of what NPCs trigger this? And what version of the game it occurs for?

In the meantime I'll create an update that should hopefully at least remove the error message.

Sorry, i've noticed on the new quest, after the malfurion cutscene and some other quests like last wing, normally appear after a cutscene that a new npc shows up.
