This addon contains countdown voice packs from Onsläught guild (US-Bonechewer). To change your countdown voice:
In Bigwigs: Go to BigWigs Options > Sounds and select a value for the countdown voice.
In DBM: Go to DBM Options > Spoken Alerts > Voice Selections and select a value for the primary, secondary, or tertiary count sound.
