What does Per Character Favorite Mounts do?
Per Character Favorite Mounts makes favorite mounts character-specific. It will maintain and restore a separate set of favorite mounts for each character.
Those mounts are used by the Summon Random Favorite Mount button and featured in the Garrison Stables.
