[WotlK] Vampiric Embrace counts as "Defensive player CD" in Buff Special menu

Like the title says.
New version (phase 2 pre-patch) counts Vampiric Embrace (shadow priest buff) as a defensive CD.
That's only true for retail. In WotlK, it's a constant buff.
Should be fixed with next alpha (with db8a394)
