Since the UI changes for Dragonflight, many are considering reverting certain elements to native UI. However, one thing that may be stopping you from using unit frames (or default character frame) is that awful behavior where your healing received, dodges, etc are all showing up on your character's face! Not only is this gross-looking but sometimes it blocks important health information until it's too late to save yourself.
For some as-yet unknown reason, there is no way to remove these messages within the normal interface settings nor even using the CVar browser!
A very simple addon that suppresses these messages. Install it and forget!
