Prat blocking actions with key bindings

Hi I seem to be having an issue and this is the only addon that has caused this issue over and over. I have had to disable this addon for long periods of time for this and I have also done a full clean install on the addon it self but the error still seems to happen and its kind of random. Currently on my hunter I am unable to use any spells or abilities with key Bindings or items out of the bag unless I drag them to a bar and then click on them.
Otherwise a message comes up that says PRAT has blocked this action from happening, Please disable addon to continue. The only way I can get stuff to work after is to disable addon and then reenable it however during combat or anywhere randomly it starts happening again and then the amount of keys I am unable to use keeps getting worse.
Any idea what is happened?
Current version of the addon is installed with 10.0.7 Retail Wow game.

This kind of bug is difficult to fix, and will need additional information from the person who reported the issue.
- Can the reporter run /console taintLog 1, trigger the error, close WoW and then upload the contents of the WoW Directory_retail_\Logs\taint.log file here?
- If they don't already, can they install BugSack + BugGrabber and then when the error happens copy/paste the error message here?
