The timerunning icon that was added to chat messages in #184 (TY for that, super handy!) doesn't appear to show up in guild chat messages

Describe the solution you'd like
The timerunning icon to display like it does for achievements guild members earn or how it does when someone talks in other channels

Additional context

Note the 3 lines in the middle (actual guild chat) don't have the hourglass unlike the achievement messages which do.
