Scrolldown Reminder doesn't show if chat arrows are hidden.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn Show ScrollDown reminder option on.
  2. Turn Show Arrows off.
  3. Scroll up in chat.

Expected behavior
If chat arrows are hidden, scrolldown reminder should show inside the chat frame.
