I know it sounds crazy but i'm just reporting what i've found from a little bit of testing
Describe the bug
After finishing a cast with Evokers empowered spells the default WoW Ui cast bar flashes green

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Prat 3.9.64 or 3.9.65
2. Log in to an Evoker with Prat enabled
3. Cast an empowered spell (nothing should be wrong yet)
4. Relog on the Evoker
5. Cast empowered spell again and the cast bar should flash bright green after casting
6. To fix just delete WoWs Cache and reload the game (Works until next Evoker relog)
7. Tested on a different pc too same thing happens

Expected behavior
Cast bar not be green when done casting Evoker empowered spells
