In the addon Incognito, you can specify your "nickname" used over multiple alts.
Would it be possible to keep track of guildies with names in brackets at the start of chat and color them up so you could either identify it as an incognito name, or they have unique colors (chosen randomly the first time seen (toggle option if you don't mind the memory hog you can turn it on)
