With the new UI blizzard has implemented in the 10.0 release, moving the main chat frame is tied to their own movers. The problem is you can't move the chat window all the way down into the lower corner of the game window anymore, right against the edge of the screen. Is this something that can be implemented with Prat?

There is work in progress to do this. It's not as easy as one might think.
