Channel Name Abbrievations aren't working as of 10.0 (english)

Describe the bug
Channel Name Abbrievations (i.e. [G] for Guild) are not working as of 10.0
To Reproduce
No clue... just have channel name abbreievations enabled and use english.
Expected behavior
Expected behavior is that this works.

Addons you are running
No other addons (I did a test will all addons except Prat disabled - I still have this problem)
I can't replicate this with my Prat settings
However it looks like all the Prat stuff for chat substitutions isn't working for you. Can you attached your file
[WoW Directory]\_retail_\WTF\Account\[some numbers]\SavedVariables\Prat-3.0.lua
so I can test with your settings? Possibly another module is breaking it.
I had this same issue and found the Substitutions module was set to 'Don't Load' by default.
Changing this to 'Enabled' and reloading my UI fixed the issue.
