Chat frame not resized to Prat values until manually resized

Describe the bug
The chat frame is not resized to Prat values (height / width) until that the player manually grab any tab to force a resize.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change chat frame height and/or width through Prat.
  2. Either relog or reload.
  3. The chat frame width and height are reseted to their default values instead of Prat ones.

Expected behavior
The chat frame should always match its Prat width and height values.
