Basically I got tired of clicking the world quest finder's list of groups, than hitting Accept in the popup that comes. Most of the time I got "group full" until I did all of this.
So I brought together this small addon just to allow double-clicking on LFG premade result lists. It will queue you with the last setting (healer/tank/dps) you have set on that popup. If you want to change your queue role, open it via usual method (click sign up on the regular UI) select something and submit. Afterwards it should queue with that role on double click.
