Procs is a tool for Death Knights that will enable them to maximize their procs. It will enable them to see the procs Flashing in a unit frame similar to "Mutilate." ( I have the author's permission to utilize it as a framework for my addon). The Procs will be based according to a Death Knight's Talent Tree.
