PVP League Viewer is a lightweight addon that places players into leagues based on their rating. The addon only works correctly on realms from the Americas and OCE region.
There is currently a bug where players of 0cr in 3v3 are not being registered. This will be fixed ASAP.
Type /ratingsettings to select a rating (this is required each time you log in). Select a bracket then type /rating while targeting a player to see what league they belong to.

Leagues -> Inverse Percentile
Grandmaster -> Top 1%
Master -> Top 5%
Diamond -> Top 20%
Platinum -> Top 40%
Gold -> Top 60%
Silver -> Top 80%
Bronze -> Top 100%.
