Adds custom fonts and textures to SharedMedia so that they can be used in other addons like WeakAuras and Plater.

##Fonts
All typefaces are from google fonts and in .TTF format. My personal favorite font is Rubik, with Cyrillic support it surpasses Lexend Deca while being fairly similar and an excellent alternative to Expressway provided in ElvUI.
