This is a super simple addon (less than 14 lines of code) that sends an emote message (/me) whenever you earn an achievement. Letting the people in your proximity know about it.
It won't announce achievements in the guild chat (Attune does that already, altho a bit overkill if you just want that feature)
This is my very first addon, hope you find it useful :)

- Add config panel in the interface menu.
- Announce in the guild chat (optional from the config panel)
- Show total points (optional from the config panel and for each chat channel)
- Announce in the emotes chat (optional from the config panel)
- Support other languages
