Problem is in the picture, there is English! Haha!
It couldn't add or delete the favorite, I tried in Engineering and Inscription.

I'm afraid I don't write (or speak) zhCN (Simplified Chinese) but if you would like to contribute to Skillet localization please go to https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/skillet/localization, click on the Simplified Chinese icon, and then change the Status dropdown to "Needs Translation". You will be presented with a list of phrases that need to be translated.

I am grateful for all of my translators and would be honored to have you join the crew!

In the mean time, I'll try to figure out why clicking doesn't work.

Toggling favorites is fixed in Skillet-5.00-alpha7.

Skillet-5.00-alpha8 may not be stable so use with caution.
