The goal of this project is match the dragonflight aesthetic whilst providing modern party frame features.

- Improved Absorb Bar display, shows Absorb bar over health

- Party Frames glow when dispellable

Future Plans
I plan to add a whole bunch more customization in the future, but I wanted to get the basics out there now.
