The following Druid tier bonuses could be tracked

• Elune's Wrath https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=64823/elunes-wrath

They are both a "on next cast" effects for Starfire and cannot occur at the same time (because they are 4p bonuses), hence they could use the same location and texture.

• Is it baseline or related to a talent? Neither, it procs from a set bonus
• Should it display a Spell Alert? Yes

  • Which texture? Shooting Stars
  • Which size? 100%
  • Change color? No - keep texture color as is
  • Spell Alert enabled by default for all druids? No
• Should it glow buttons? Yes

  • Which glowing buttons should glow by default? Starfire
