On Classic Era, mages have only one spell alert: Clearcasting.

Currently, Clearcasting is disabled by default, because it already disabled by default in Wrath, and because Classic Era and Wrath use the same default settings. Because Clearcasting is the only mage spell alert, it should be enabled by default on Classic Era.

Currently, Clearcasting has a 150% scale factor to avoid conflicts with other spell alerts at the same location. Because Clearcasting is the only mage spell alert, there's no need to keep the 150% scale factor, and it could be 100% on Classic Era.
