Starting from TOGC PTR, settings on Wrath Classic are based on settings that were introduced in Retail in patch 10.0.

To anticipate these updates before they go Live in Wrath Classic, the following workarounds could be implemented https://github.com/Gethe/wow-ui-source/blob/beta/Interface/SharedXML/Settings/Blizzard_Deprecated.lua

Maybe they won't be necessary. Time will tell. Anyhow, as of today, applying these changes can only be beneficial.
