Frost mages would love to see when their target is frozen to cast Deep Freeze.

At least, the Deep Freeze button would glow. Maybe a spell alert could be added too. Suggestion: left/right with 75% size (to avoid overlap with Fingers of Frost) with with a frost-y texture, such as Killing Machine.
