Omen of Clarity no longer working

Since last Classic Era patch (Hardcore patch), Omen of Clarity is no longer working.
Fixed in #137
The bug was possibly introduced by Blizzard's weird will to once again make spell IDs inaccessible for Classic Era. But for some reason, only druids seem to be impacted so far.
